To check eligibility you need to visit on https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/
Here You need to go to beneficiary option or if you are a CSC Operator you can click on operator. I am considering you are an individual person so you will select beneficiary option.
- Enter your mobile number and the otp you will receive on your mobile number.
- Enter the otp and the captcha code show on website.
- After login the page will open and there it will ask you to select State as per shown in screenshot.
4. Select Scheme , State, Sub Scheme and your district.
5. In Search By Select Aadhar Number and enter your aadhar number.
6. The list will open if you are eligible for ayushman card else it will show no beneficiary found.
7. If Your name is showing in list , you just need to click on action and do the ekyc. You can do this by yourself or you can visit nearest csc center to do the ekyc.
8. To do Ekyc 3 option are given Adhar otp, Biometric and Iris. You can choose any of one at your convenient.
9. Do the kyc capture your photo and click on submit. Your KYC will get approved in some minutes.
10. You can click on download and send the download otp on your mobile and download the same. You have successfully donwloaded Aayushman Card
